Setpoint Settingssave

Problem:
SetPoint only works just after uberOptions is installed. If you reboot, SetPoint no-longer works.

Solution:
On some versions of Windows, if SetPoint is not run as an Administrator-level program, it is not able to pass the keys through when an administrative program is active.

The fix is to run Setpoint as administrator. You can't do that by putting a shortcut in the start up folder and checking the run as admin box (it won't be run automatically). Instead, you can create a task in the task scheduler which runs Setpoint on login with elevated permissions.
